Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group’s Homestead in Midway, Utah is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead event service with precision and poise. You will oversee banquet servers, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction across multiple events.

You’ll work closely with event planners and our culinary team to coordinate details, prioritize tasks, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, where applicable
