Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown and Convention Center is seeking a friendly banquet server to set up and service buffet stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a related position.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and break down buffet for meals.
• Read BEO and understand the set-up.
• Greet and serve guests according to policies.
• Keep station neat and clean during service.
• Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Assist Banquet Captain with setup/breakdown of buffets and tables.
