Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown and Convention Center is seeking a friendly banquet server to set up and service buffet stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

You will read BEOs, maintain neat buffet areas, assist guests with service, and work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. The role offers medical and retirement benefits, hotel discounts, and opportunities for career growth within Sage portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a related position.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and break down buffet for meals.
• Read BEO and understand the set-up.
• Greet and serve guests according to policies.
• Keep station neat and clean during service.
• Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Assist Banquet Captain with setup/breakdown of buffets and tables.
