Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a buffet service associate to set up and break down breakfast, lunch and dinner stations, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. You will read BEOs, set tables properly, and maintain clean, stocked service areas throughout shifts.

Flexible hours with mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior food service experience preferred; strong guest interaction and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service function, and restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Able to handle stressful situations with tact and understanding during guest service.
• Willingness to read and follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and break down buffet for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a safe, accident-free manner.
• Read BEO and complete a proper set-up; arrange tables and service areas.
• Greet and serve guests following policies; keep station clean and stocked.
