Job description

What You'll Do :

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of banquet events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Lead and direct banquet servers and support staff, providing guidance and ensuring high levels of guest service.
• Ensure event setups align with guest requests, including table settings, room layout, and audiovisual needs.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring timeliness, presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.
• Respond promptly to guest needs, resolving issues or special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces, equipment, and service areas.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with staff to ensure clarity of roles and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Who You Are :

Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality supervisory role is preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
