This role serves as the on-floor leader for banquet operations and acts as the primary point of contact between service staff, culinary, and event hosts throughout each function.

The Banquet Captain models professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork while maintaining high standards of food quality, beverage service, presentation, and cleanliness.

Essential Responsibilities:

Event Execution

• Lead banquet staff during all assigned events.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate event expectations.
• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) prior to each event.
• Ensure rooms are properly set according to diagrams and client specifications.
• Coordinate event timing with Culinary.
• Monitor food quality and presentation.

• Direct banquet servers and bartenders during service.
