Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Cook to support a Facilities O&M Services Contract. The Cook will provide day-to-day culinary support in banquet/buffet style presentation, with shifts from 05:00 to 19:00, five to seven days a week, on site at Destin, FL.

Responsibilities include following recipes, preparing and serving ingredients, maintaining food inventories, and collaborating with the Executive Chef. You must meet safety standards, pass Serve Safe if applicable, and be able to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain.
• 2+ years as a Cook in banquet/buffet style cooking.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare ingredients.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain food inventories.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to prepare meals during dining hours.
• Ensure safety and health regulations are followed.
