Job Duties

• Prepares food for service with the Banquet operations, sets up the cooking line, and prepares food for a variety of banquet functions.
• Follows all written and established recipes and prepares food according to established standards.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas, and cleans food prep areas after meal period.
• Teaches, trains, and assists other cooks that may cross over into Banquets with supervising and establishing the finest food preparation possible from the kitchen.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Possesses excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Promotes superior guest service.
