Responsibilities

• Greets guests pleasantly at the bar and promotes house drinks.
• Prepares beverages per SOP, ensuring portion control and consistency.
• Monitor guest alcohol service and identify inappropriate behavior with management.
• Set up and stock portable bar with liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes and glassware.
• Handle cash payments, give correct change and balance drawer at end of shift.
