Job summary

Sage Hospitality is seeking an evening bartender to prepare and serve drinks, maintain bar area, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding standards and profitability.

Requirements include bartending training and TIPS certification, at least 6 months of bartending experience, and ability to handle cash register operations. Must be 21+, able to lift and stand for long periods; we offer service charges, sick time, 401(k) with employer matching, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests following guidelines and safety policies.
• Provide cordial, efficient guest service and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, handle cash, and process charges per policy.
• Complete liquor requisitions and maintain accurate supply lists.
• Know and abide by state liquor laws and company pars.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and proper sidework planning.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as required.
