Qualifications

• Bartending certification and bar skills training.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Minimum 6 months bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following guidelines and safety controls.
• Provide cordial, efficient and professional guest service; aim for satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash and process charges per company policies.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Maintain established pars and perform sidework as scheduled.
