Job Opportunity: Banquet Bartenders at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is located in the renowned Deer Valley ski resort, approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. This hotel is part of a new development that includes 17 ski lifts, around 1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with approximately 1,350 rooms, 250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the world's largest "ski beaches".

The hotel features 381 rooms, including 22 suites, with about 25,900 square feet of indoor meeting space, a lobby-level 3-meal restaurant and bar, a signature bar, a pool and après-ski bar and grill, a coffee bistro, an outdoor event terrace, a pool, three whirlpools, a kids club, and a fitness area. Additionally, there are 55 condominium residences.

Role Overview: Banquet Bartenders

As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages and providing personalized recommendations. Candidates should be knowledgeable about the latest mixology trends, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with an emphasis on maintaining an attractive bar. This role offers opportunities for casual conversation, creativity, and to build upon previous bartending experiences. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with state and local alcohol serving regulations.
