YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

As a key team member, you will ensure guests leave with a lasting impression. Your voice matters—use it to impact and improve the guest experience.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with banquet setup and teardown, including setting and clearing tables.
2. Read and execute Banquet Event Orders according to specified details and timing.
3. Prepare and stock the bar station with products as per BEO specifications before events.
4. Serve beverages and food during events.
5. Respond promptly to guest requests.
6. Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
7. Reconcile cash drawer at shift end.
8. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
9. Communicate effectively with staff for event success.
10. Keep work areas clean and organized.
11. Assist with event teardown, inventory management, and cleaning.
12. Complete closing checklist approved by management.
13. Respect colleagues and managers.
14. Maintain a positive, fun work environment and promote the company's image.

Requirements

Experience and Training

• Previous bar service experience required; banquet experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to carry a tray weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Availability during nights and weekends.

Licenses/Certificates

• Valid Operator's License required.

Mandatory Requirement

• U.S. Work Authorization.
