About the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is located in the renowned Deer Valley ski resort, approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. It is part of a new development that includes 17 ski lifts, around 1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with approximately 1,350 rooms, 250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest "ski beaches" globally.

The hotel features 381 rooms, including 22 suites, with about 25,900 sq ft of indoor meeting space, a lobby-level 3-meal restaurant and bar, a signature bar, a pool and après ski bar and grill, a coffee bistro, an outdoor event terrace, a pool, three whirlpools, a kids club, and a fitness area. Additionally, there are 55 condominium residences.

Role: Banquet Bartender

Our Banquet Bartenders are responsible for serving beverages and providing personalized recommendations. Ideal candidates will be familiar with the latest mixology trends, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, and will focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This role offers opportunities for casual conversation, creativity, and personal style development. Knowledge of state and local alcohol serving guidelines is preferred.
