The Wigwam, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Litchfield Park, AZ, seeks a highly motivated Banquet Bartender to join our team. You will direct bar setup, prepare beverages, and serve guests with friendly, timely service, contributing to memorable events at a Four Diamond venue.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years bartending experience, preferably in banquet settings, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and a current bartender certification.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartending experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Current certification/license to be a bartender.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis.
• Stocking of beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes; manage perishables.
• Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Input orders into the register and balance cash; issue vouchers.
• Lock up and store all beverages and equipment; ensure accurate receipts.
