Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience.
• Full-service bar experience strongly preferred.
• Alcohol service certification preferred (or required per local regulations).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Bar Service & Guest Experience: Greet guests promptly upon arrival at the bar or restaurant; Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; Provide table-side or bar service as needed; Engage with guests to provide a welcoming experience.
• Beverage Knowledge & Sales: Maintain knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and cocktails; Recommend beverages; Stay informed on drink trends and menu offerings; Ensure consistency and quality in beverage prep.
• Inventory & Bar Operations: Maintain par levels; assist with inventory and ordering; perform counts; follow cash handling and bank procedures; help control costs and reduce waste.
• Cleanliness & Compliance: Keep bar areas clean and organized; ensure sanitation and safety standards; maintain professional appearance.
• Team Support & Flexibility: Assist guest flow; support other departments; collaborate with servers and kitchen staff; contribute to a positive service environment.
