The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Banquet Bartender to provide professional beverage service for weddings, corporate functions and galas. You will prepare and serve beverages, set up and stock banquet bars, and work with event teams to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior banquet, hotel, or high-volume bartending experience.
• Strong guest service skills to create memorable experiences.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; familiarity with responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Team-oriented with good communication; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages for banquet events with personalized service.
• Set up and stock banquet bars; ensure supplies and equipment are event-ready.
• Process beverage orders and comply with policy.
• Collaborate with banquet staff for seamless event execution.
