The Pfister Hotel, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks individuals to join our guest-focused team in downtown Milwaukee. This part-time, hourly role supports banquet events with setup, service, and cleanup, delivering gracious service and a polished guest experience.

You will collaborate with banquet and culinary teams, stand and walk for shifts, and lift up to 25-50 lbs. Competitive pay starts at $8.24 per hour with benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-50 lbs during shifts.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional guest service while professionally setting up, serving, and clearing banquet events.
• Ensure event spaces are prepared to company standards, creating a welcoming and polished experience.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with attention to guest needs.
• Work collaboratively with the banquet and culinary teams to execute seamless events of all sizes.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment throughout each event.

Position Requirements

• Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or lift up to 25-50 lbs throughout shifts.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
