Qualifications

• Must maintain a Class A gaming license.
• Must pass ABC California state laws & PRC SOP.
• Must pass Riverside County Food Handlers Card.
• Bartending school or 3+ years of bartending experience with recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all beverage sales for the Banquet Department.
• Set up banquet bar with glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Maintain inventory and accuracy of banks, receipts, Micros, and hosted events.
• Ensure compliance with ABC laws and SOPs.
• Close Micros cash drawers, drops and related paperwork; clean banquet bars after events.
• May serve as Banquet Server/Cashier when needed.
• Set up banquet bar with glassware, ice and supplies.
• Monitor alcohol service per ABC laws and SOP.
• Close Micros cash drawers, drops and paperwork, and clean up bars.
• May serve as Banquet Server/Cashier when needed.
