Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Banquet Bartender to support the Banquet Department by serving both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages with precise adherence to PRC standards. You will manage bar operations, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate cash handling and Micros transactions throughout events.

The role requires California gaming license readiness, county food handler certification, and prior bartending experience in banquet or club settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3–6 months related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and manuals; write routine reports.
• Must be able to pass background, licensing and county requirements for gaming and food handling.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all beverage sales for the Banquet Department.
• Ensure compliance with California ABC and PRC SOPs.
• Maintain bar inventory and supplies; set up banquet bars with glassware and ice.
• Process bank and Micros transactions; manage hosted bars and cash drops.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of bars and equipment; close out Micros cash drawers.
