Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Banquet Bartender to handle beverage sales for the Banquet Department, ensuring compliance with ABC rules and PRC SOP. You will manage bar setup, inventory, and cash handling for hosted events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 months related experience or equivalent training.
• Must qualify for and maintain a Class A gaming license.
• Ability to operate Micros, cash drawers, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate beverage sales for Banquet Department in accordance with PRC SOP and ABC regulations.
• Maintain inventory and supplies; manage Bank, receipts, and cash drops.
• Set up banquet bar per BEO specifications; ensure glassware, ice, and supplies are ready.
• Monitor alcohol service and identify intoxication per state laws and SOP.
• Keep bars and supplies clean; communicate clearly with guests and team members.
