Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Banquet Bartender to oversee beverage service for the Banquet Department, ensuring compliance with California ABC laws and PRC SOP. The role emphasizes professional beverage service and precise cash handling, while managing bar setup for banquets.

You will maintain inventory and ensure proper glassware and supplies, coordinating with banquet staff to deliver a Four Diamond standard of service.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is required; 1-year certificate or 3–6 months related training, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and math skills; ability to read and follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Must qualify for a Class A gaming license and understand ABC California State Laws and PRC SOP.

Responsibilities

• Distinguish and facilitate all compliances for California ABC and PRC SOP.
• Set up banquet bar with glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Process cash handling, Micros transactions, and bank drops with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars and supplies at all times.
• Assist as Banquet Server/Cashier when required by PRC Talent Pool.
