Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with bar area guests.
• Maintain daily bar setup and stock of bar items.

• Accurately take orders and confirm special requests.
• Own the bar operations and ensure quality and speed.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Present checks and close out guest tabs timely.
