Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions including draping tables, silverware, and centerpieces.
• Serve food and beverages, buss tables, and clear dishes.
• Tear down banquet rooms and reset for next events.
• Assist with event room setup and catering stations as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of back hall and storerooms.
• Provide warm, professional guest interactions and information.
