Responsibilities

• Greet guests at bar entrance or seating area.
• Maintain daily bar setup and cleanliness.
• Guide guests through the beverage journey with menu descriptions.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Prepare beverages following recipes and portion control.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments, close checks, and balance cash drops.
• Stock and store beverages and garnishes daily.
