Hilton Americas Houston is seeking an energetic and reliable On-Call Barback to support our bartending team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations in our vibrant bar environments by restocking, prepping, and assisting as needed to ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and check stock from storeroom, reconcile with requisitions, and ensure accurate deliveries.
• Prepare garnishes and fruits, mix juices, and store supplies properly.
• Assist bartenders in stocking and maintaining bar supplies including glassware, condiments, ice, and produce.
• Transport and replace beer kegs, perform routine maintenance on taps.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, refrigerators, and storage spaces in compliance with health and safety standards.
