Hilton Americas Houston is seeking an energetic and reliable On-Call Barback to support our bartending team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations in our dynamic bar environments, including restocking, prep, and assisting bartenders to ensure excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include:

• Retrieving and checking stock from storerooms, ensuring accuracy with requisitions
• Preparing garnishes, slicing fruits, mixing juices, and storing supplies
• Assisting bartenders with stocking and maintaining bar supplies such as glassware, condiments, ice, and produce
• Transporting and replacing beer kegs, performing routine maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, refrigerators, and storage spaces in compliance with health and safety standards
