What will I be doing?

As a Barback, you will support the bar operations across the hotel to ensure excellent guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Retrieving and checking stock from storerooms, ensuring order accuracy
• Preparing garnishes, slicing fruits, and storing supplies
• Assisting bartenders with stocking and maintaining the bar, including glassware, condiments, and ice
• Transporting and replacing beer kegs, performing routine maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and storage areas per safety standards
