What will I be doing?

As a Barback, you will support the bar operations by preparing and servicing bars throughout the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Retrieving orders, checking stock, and reconciling supplies.
• Preparing garnishes, slicing fruits, mixing juices, and storing supplies.
• Assisting bartenders with stocking and maintaining bar supplies.
• Transporting and maintaining beer kegs.
• Keeping the bar area clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
