What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you will set and clear tables, stock service stations, and assist servers to deliver outstanding guest service and support the hotel's operations. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning, and setting tableware
• Checking and reporting any defective tableware
• Maintaining and cleaning food stations
• Assisting servers with beverages, bread, and other service tasks
• Transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
