Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and service portable bars for banquet operations, ensuring setups are organized and event-ready.
• Stock bartenders with liquor, mixers, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Document liquor distribution on liquor-out sheets with Beverage Manager.
• Prepare fresh garnishes and cut fruit for service.
• Mix and pour juices per projected banquet volume.
• Store refrigerated supplies properly for future use.
• Maintain cleanliness in barback areas and stock rooms.
• Coordinate with bartenders to maintain inventory and supplies.
• Provide break coverage for bartenders as needed.
• Assist with breaking down portable bars and transporting materials to storage.
