Job summary

Infor is looking for a Banquet AV Technician to join their team in Temecula, California. The role involves setting up and striking audio visual systems for events, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality service. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in audiovisual technology and be proficient in handling various AV systems.

You will also be responsible for assisting with installations and providing training on the systems. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to obtain a class “A” gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Set up and strike audio visual (AV) equipment.
• Modify and update Sales and Catering BEO’s.
• Assist with AV productions for events.

Skills

Wiring schematics comprehension

Equipment installation and configuration (Crestron, Extron, BSS)

Proficiency with hand/power tools

Basic IP/Networking Knowledge

Expert troubleshooting of AV systems

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

Education

High school diploma or GED
