Job summary

Qualifications
- Hands-on setup, operation and troubleshooting of AV, projection, lighting, telephone and conferencing equipment.
- Ability to coordinate with banquet/event teams to deliver requested technologies.
- Screen equipment maintenance and security measures for a luxury resort.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication with guests.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV and related equipment for events.
- Work with event teams to deliver requested technologies and break down equipment after events.
- Monitor event orders, address requests, and improve technology delivery.
- Ensure equipment readiness and communicate status to teammates.
- Travel to Elite Casino Resorts locations for training and event support as needed.
