Qualifications

• 2–3 years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience in a law firm
• Experience in Chapter 11 matters and creditor-side representation
• Litigation experience including taking/defending depositions and courtroom advocacy
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and market awareness in bankruptcy law
• Must have active and in good standing Ohio bar and permanent US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Support complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 and out-of-court workouts
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and related filings; participate in court proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups on restructuring matters in a fast-paced environment
