Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Coral Gables, FL seeks a Bankruptcy Paralegal to support Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters in a fast-paced legal environment. You will prepare petitions, gather and organize client documents, and draft court filings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bankruptcy paralegal experience, strong knowledge of bankruptcy rules, and excellent organizational and communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bankruptcy paralegal experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy procedures.
• Strong understanding of federal bankruptcy rules and regulations.
• Experience with bankruptcy case preparation or case management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Spanish-language proficiency is a plus.
