The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in bankruptcy or mortgage services and some management experience. Ability to train on systems and collaborate with attorneys is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of bankruptcy or mortgage service-related experience required.
• 1–2 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of multiple Bankruptcy Case Managers.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and help implement new processes.
