Newrez is seeking a Supervisor Bankruptcy to lead a team of Bankruptcy Case Managers, ensuring efficient performance against processes, timelines, and metrics. The role includes training, personnel management, and acting as the main contact for other departments and law firms on escalated issues.

Responsibilities involve policy maintenance, data analysis, attorney billing assistance, and taking on special tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of bankruptcy or mortgage service-related experience.
• 1–2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of multiple Bankruptcy Case Managers.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement new processes.
• Train new hires on systems, guidelines, and standards.
• Coach team members and conduct annual reviews.
• Track and analyze departmental data and report activities.
