Essenti Talent has an opening with a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm in Seattle for an Associate Attorney in the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Litigation Practice Group. The role covers complex restructuring, insolvency, and both litigation and transactional work.

Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier law school, active Washington bar admission, and 4–8 years of related experience including Chapter 11/15/9 matters and related litigation.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing (or eligible to waive).
• 4–8 years of bankruptcy, restructuring or insolvency litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, creditors, landlords, debtors and stakeholders in bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
• Handle loan workouts, restructurings and distressed asset matters.
• Manage creditors' rights litigation including enforcement actions and foreclosures.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, motions, and court filings.
• Provide strategic insolvency guidance and client service in a fast-paced team.
• Collaborate with partners on complex corporate restructurings and workouts.
