You will interact with bankruptcy attorneys, verify borrower payment histories, remediate data in Fiserv/Sagent, and prepare filings, proofs of claim, and notices, while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of bankruptcy experience in banking, finance, or mortgage.
• 2+ years balancing ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Complete and monitor ledgers for bankruptcy processes with high accuracy.
• Verify borrower payment histories and resolve payment posting discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from bankruptcy attorneys and internal stakeholders.
• Remediate files by researching Fiserv/Sagent and servicer data for resolution.
• Prepare and file bankruptcy documents and notices; coordinate corrections as needed.
