Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an experienced professional to complete and monitor ledgers for residential mortgage loans in bankruptcy, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines and policies.

You will verify borrower payment histories, respond to bankruptcy-related inquiries, prepare documents, and support process improvements across the BK workflow, with emphasis on deadlines and detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete ledgers for Bankruptcy processes with high accuracy.
• Verify borrower payment history and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from bankruptcy attorneys and parties.
• Remediate files by researching Fiserv/Sagent data and servicer data.
• Process and file bankruptcy documents and required notices.
• Audit/set up bankruptcy filings and related motions and claims.
• Coordinate with departments and IT on BK processes.
• Identify process gaps and implement approved improvements.
• May have signing authority for bankruptcy documents.
• Provide training on BK processes as needed.
