Confidential Employer in Warren, MI is seeking an attorney to represent clients in consumer bankruptcy matters, managing a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and professional integrity.

You will draft and file pleadings, communicate with clients, creditors, and courts, and collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver practical relief for individuals navigating financial hardship.

Active Michigan Bar license required; salary $65,000–$76,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Bar license required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Detail oriented, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of work.
• Bankruptcy, consumer law, creditors' rights, or related litigation experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
