Job summary

Experience with Chapter 11 proceedings and restructurings is preferred; strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as is a proactive approach to mentorship and career development within a premier AmLaw 100

The ideal candidate for this position will have 2–4 years of experience representing debtors, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in complex bankruptcy, and restructuring matters. Experience with Chapter 11 proceedings, restructurings, M&A transactions, and creditor negotiations is desired. Candidates should have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
