Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of bankruptcy-related experience.
• Experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, workouts, distressed transactions, or creditors’ rights.
• Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Aufgaben

• Handle bankruptcy litigation, adversary proceedings, contested matters, and appeals.
• Work on sophisticated bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring, and workout matters.
• Represent creditors, lenders, trustees, and other stakeholders.
• Develop experience across both bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
• Gain exposure to complex insurance coverage issues and related litigation and risk management matters.
• Conduct legal research, develop case strategy, and prepare substantive written work.
• Work directly with experienced attorneys on complex matters.
• Take on increasing responsibility while building a broader, more versatile practice.
