Oakstreet Attorney Search is assisting a large, full-service law firm in their search for a Bankruptcy Associate who can sit in Charlotte or Raleigh. The attorney will support partners in the firm's restructuring and insolvency group and handle matters involving bankruptcy litigation.

Qualified candidates must have at least two years of post-graduate bankruptcy experience (or experience in a bankruptcy clerkship) and an active North Carolina bar license, or the ability to waive into the North
