Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school with focus in bankruptcy or litigation.
• Admission to practice in North Carolina or willingness to obtain admission.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the firm’s representation in bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, distressed asset and debt acquisitions, and insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 cases; adversary proceedings; creditors’ committees; trustees.
