Responsibilities

• Define program plans and readiness strategy across integration and transformation.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with defined ownership and roles/responsibilities.
• Create a governance structure for managing complex activities across multiple functions.
• Build and maintain a firm-wide delivery roadmap and ensure engagement with clients and participants.
• Coordinate with product management, UX, technology, marketing, communications, learning & development, legal and compliance.
