Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring a Teller who will greet customers, demonstrate mobile/app usage, and assist with basic transactions. You will offer personalized financial guidance and route customers to bankers for complex needs.

You’ll educate customers on Citizens products while complying with all policies and cash handling procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of transaction experience, 1 year of customer experience, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience and referrals.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs for long-term relationships.
• Problem solving and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
• Flexible to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and create a welcoming experience.
• Demonstrate how to use mobile app and ATMs for transactions.
