Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union in Raleigh, NC seeks a Technical Transformation Specialist to drive adoption of new technologies, align initiatives with strategic goals, and bridge business, operations, and IT across deposit accounts and related systems.

You will partner with leaders to identify process improvements, plan and monitor projects, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while enhancing member experience and service delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of financial services experience.
Experience with bank or credit union core systems.
Experience with bank or credit union system conversions.
Experience working with IT and Operations teams in the financial industry.
High degree of written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and good organizational skills.
Critical thinking skills and strong member-service orientation.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders, IT, and project managers to translate requirements into plans and facilitate cross-team communication.
Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements to enhance deposit accounts and operations.
Plan, execute, and monitor technical transformation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Liaise between technical and operations teams to update procedures amid technology changes.
