You will supervise tellers and Universal Bankers, coach staff, and ensure compliance with bank policies while driving sales and service standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in the financial industry.
• 1+ years of sales or goal-based environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of advanced math functions that will allow for the analysis of credit and financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to ensure an exceptional customer and team member experience.
• Supervise and coach Tellers and Universal Bankers on sales and operational duties.
• Ensure adherence to bank initiatives, compliance, security, and policies.
• Oversee branch operations including opening/closing and staff scheduling.
• Develop goals for the retail team and drive branch performance and growth.
