Regions Bank in Nashville, TN seeks a Contact Center Banker to assist customers with questions, solve problems, and provide banking guidance. You will become an expert in banking products and services and receive coaching to grow professionally.

The role starts with on-site training, followed by a move to a hybrid remote schedule after seven weeks, with the remote shift Tue-Sat 3:00pm–12:00 midnight CST and potential holiday work. This is a full-time position.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of onboarding: three weeks' instructor-led and two to four weeks on-the-job training
• Ability to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images
• Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone
• Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
