Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Software discipline and Software Engineering team within our TechEx Practice. Work with product teams to translate client needs into AI-enabled software solutions across platforms.

You will learn from experienced pros, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience with modern tech stacks in AI, cloud, and web/mobile development. The role offers hybrid work and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028
• We require confirmation of expected graduation month/year at offer stage
• Official transcripts may be requested before start
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willing to travel up to 50% and reside within 50 miles of assigned office

Responsibilities
